Our model
Our expertise is based on 3 pillars:
Strategic Guidance: Plan deployment
Our mission is to assist you in designing a Lean Six Sigma strategic program, identify the first project opportunities, pilot areas, train the stakeholders and develop autonomy to secure the deployment of the program.
Training & Certification: Equip the actors
We train and certify project stakeholders (management, sponsors, process owner and team members (Black, Green & Yellow Belt).
Coaching – Support deployment
1 – Assistance in carrying out an initial audit :
- quantified assessment of the real potential for improvement
- evaluation of the project’s minimum success criteria (willingness of management, long-term vision, sufficiently mature/prepared organisation, sufficient availability of staff, etc.)
2 – Decision by the coach as to whether or not to continue the support based on the results of point 1
3 – Recommendation of methodological approach in accordance with LSSx.0 guidelines
4 – Exclusively methodological and technical assistance in accordance with point 3 at the request of the coachee and/or at the suggestion of the coach.
Modus operandi :
Distance exchange only (videoconference, etc.)
It is up to the coachee to take the initiative to request the coach and to follow up the agreed actions.
Terms and conditions :
- Prerequisite: the coachee must have passed his/her practical certification (case study). This coaching is not aimed at obtaining practical certification for the candidate.
- It is the business project that is coached, as much as the Belt. The aim is to use Lean Six Sigma to bring real added value to the company.
- This is not a project management assignment. The project is driven from within by the coachee.
- Acceptance of the coach’s frank / ‘truthful’ stance and questioning of the status quo.
- Hourly rate only. Invoicing of time spent on a monthly basis. No fixed price or minimum financial commitment.
- No guarantee/obligation to go all the way (see point 2 above). Support can be terminated at any time at the initiative of both parties.
